So y'all want to sell your cider in a Craft Beer bar. Go after the trends! Sour bear! Check Cold Brewed coffee! Check Nitro handle! Check This was the worst experiment that I have run into. The tap room had one Nitro handle and they wasted this valuable real estate on this mistake. They ended up pulling the keg after three weeks when it was mostly full.

A very interesting taste, coffee and apple are two very different flavors and as you drink past the foam and into the liquid the taste moves from coffee to very clearly cider.

Is it coffee? Sure smells like it. But no matter what it might smell like, it's probably a bad idea for a breakfast beverage. The coffee comes through very strongly in the aroma, and less so, but still present, in the taste.
