This is a gold standard for a simple dry cider. It’s not at all bitter, which is often my complaint about dry ciders, has a light fruit taste which retains flavor without making it heavy. Really nice on draft.
Aroma is apple and the pour is a rich golden hue with a nice effervescence. The taste is tart and crisp with some alcohol. I get some bake apple and a little earthy on the finish. It has some body and astringency but the acid comes through the strongest. It fits my experience with a London or eastern English ciders that use dessert apples. If you like your ciders dry and tart, this is a good one to drink!
