Emerald City

A seasonal offering from Schilling. Overall, I like this quite a bit. The only suggestion is maybe little more carbonation. Nice fruit aromas and though they list the Brix on this relatively high, you don’t notice it because it is also quite tart. The blackberry comes through nicely and I think they got the balance right. I still think a little more pop at the end with some carbonation would make this even better but that’s just my opinion.

I absolutely love this one. Sweet without being syrupy, the combo of blackberry and pear is very refreshing.

This is delicious. Blackberry taste is strong without tasting fake. Not too sweet but definitely tangy.

Dark reddish purple color. Blackberry comes through nicely, though the pear is less strong. Tart but not too sweet. Canned in one of the most beautiful cans we’ve ever seen!

Clear ruby red/blackberry colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Light to moderate berry and apple aroma. Taste is tart with blackberry coming through strong backed by some crisp pear and apple. Light bodied. Semi-dry.

Aftertaste like ascorbic acid.
