After you see the pretty light pink of your pour turn into a slightly deeper coral color, you notice an attractive floral aroma. If that’s not enough to get you to drink it, you should open something else. It doesn’t have a lot of carbonation but doesn’t need it to release much of that floral bouquet and it is just enough to balance the sourness you get from the rhubarb. It’s dry but not overly tart or acidic. Im sure the pear gives it just a little residual sweetness and the rhubarb seems to mimic a nice tannic cider apple. They did a very nice job on this one.

Comes in a 12 fl oz can. Peachy pink colour, with a light berry aroma. Tart, fruity flavour, with quite a sour aftertaste. Knowing it is rhubarb, I can pick that flavour out, but would not have guessed otherwise; more reminiscent of a sour berry to my palate. Well-balanced, but a little sour for my preference.

Very tart and sour. This is good if you're in the mood for a sour cider.

It's a lovely pink-peach color with a light fruity flavour. Not too sweet. I liked it a lot. Looks like a pink champagne but tastes SO much better!

This is a dry tart cider with a different flavor than just apple but not much pear or rhubarb flavor. I think it might be nice for a different taste but not in large quantities.

Fairly fruity, although I'm not sure I would have known it was rhubarb. Refreshing-would be great for summer. Almost champagne-like, except for the low carbonation.

Beautiful light coral color and plenty of fizz. We would have guessed cranberry if we didn’t that the flavors were rhubarb and pear. Pleasantly tart.

A bit one-dimensional, but overall pleasant dry hard cider. Moderate-to-heavy tartness. Definitely one for dry cider lovers. I still like Mystic Dragon by Appalachian Mountain Brewing better (green tea, rhubarb & strawberry), but this is a close second. Would definitely drink again
