Farmhouse Draught Cider

This cider comes as dry medium or sweet then ony difference is the sugar added. Clear straw colour, no carbonation. Slightly farmy aromas, over ripe apple. The dry cider has a crisp taste but lacks an aftertaste but is instantly pleasant. A pleasant cider which goes well with cheese. It reminds me of white wine. Although dry it is still easy drinking, not vinegary like some dry ciders can become.

Golden orange, clear and still. Mild apple aroma with a little dried fruit. Apple skin and tannic aftertaste. Soft, smooth and goes down easily.
