Comes in a 750 ml screw-top bottle.
Amber-coloured, with a fruity aroma, and a spice edge.
Drunk cold, this has a honeyed flavour, with light spice, particularly nutmeg, and vanilla. The underlying cider is there in the finish.
Warmed, the cinnamon and cloves dominate the aroma. The flavour is drier (from the cloves), and the spice stronger, but the cider is still there in the finish, carrying a light funk.
Really well-blended, with a lovely flavour, and, unlike most mulled ciders, the cider is still just evident. I would happily drink this cold as a spiced cider, as well as warmed. It's snowy outside, and this was ideal after the walk home from work, and looking forward to finishing the bottle tomorrow (ice forecast!).
