Made by Sheppy's for Marks & Spencer. Pale greenish-yellow in colour. The aroma is light, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon, and a trace of funk. Fresh, apple juice flavour, developing smoky wood, and a moderate tannic aftertaste. Really liked this. Nicely balanced, with complexity and freshness.
