Light golden color with no much fizzyness and decent dryness. Also a little bit of more booze than average cider with a solid 6.0. Definitely special flavor which is recognizable. Smoky, a bit funky with a little bit oakiness. However, this drink is not for me as it seems like they try to hard on the flavor and missing the basics. I can see that at a cider tasting as a half glass but not more. But for the right person this special taste can be cidertastique!

Light yellow, clear with light fizz. Aroma of ripe fruit and light toffee. Wood in the taste with caramel tones and smokey notes. Sweet, light & refreshing.

Sheppy's Taylor's Gold (6% ABV, 500ml). Single varietal cider made from Taylor's Gold, an old Somerset cider apple - a mild and delicate variety. Pale, clear golden yellow colour. Sweet, floral apple aroma with a slightly smoky, leathery edge. Light too medium body, very soft carbonation. Sweet, slightly musty yellow apples on the palate, again with some leather and floral notes. Toward the finish I sense a noticeable smoky and leathery taste which lingers into the aftertaste. A little more character than the other Sheppy's ciders, as well as pleasant fruit flavour. 7.5/10.
