Somerset Cider With Blackberry & Elderflower

Made from dessert apples, and flavoured with fresh blackberries and elderflower. Enticing, fruity aroma. The fruit flavours are well- balanced, with distinct blackberry and elderflower notes, but with the cider still discernible. Enjoyable, and one of the better fruited ciders.

Even Sheppy's are fusing cider with stuff. Clear browny red colour, no carbonation. Smells slightly of blackberry. Not too sweet, slightly tart from the blackberry. The elderflower isn't overbearing, that appears at the end. Pleasent cider cider. Bought at Sheppy's restaurant.
