Made from Dabinett apples, blended with smaller amounts of Harry Master's, Foxwhelp, and Ellis Bitter.
Copper-coloured, with hints of smoke and tobacco in the aroma.
Apricot and spice flavours, with some citrus peel and honey. Light tannins in the aftertaste.
Little thin and lacking in body. Interesting flavours, but they never really fully develop.
