Comes in a 750 ml bottle and has considerable sediment. The unfiltered, keeved cider is cold-fermented from a blend of Dabinett and Harry Master's Jersey cider apples.
Dark amber, and with only a faint aroma of apple puree, and a hint of oak.
The flavour is of cooked apple, with heavy, aged oak aftertaste, and a little background funk.
Very traditional, heavily cloudy cider. Have to say that I would have preferred it filtered; the flavour is a little muddy.
