Comes in a 750 ml bottle.
Made from Michelin, Dabinett, and Medaille d'Or cider apples. Some of the apples were kept apart, frozen, and pressed, releasing a super-sweet concentrate, which was added to fermented dry cider from the other apples.
Cloudy amber, with an aroma of herbs and leather.
Straw flavour, with herbs and spice tones.
Interesting experiment, but a little over-gassed for my taste. Lacked the complexity and depth I expected, but quite drinkable.
This tasted better on the second day, having developed tropical fruit flavours in the bottle, and, having lost the over-carbonation, the nuances of the flavours had become more evident.
