Made from a co-ferment of Ellis Bitter and Tremlett’s Bitter apples with an orchard blend of pears and aged in a barrel recently used for quine wine.
Aromas of pineapple, flowers and vanilla.
Flavours of juicy apple, mango and perfume.
Soft and creamy.
