Copper coloured, very light haziness and still. Earthy aroma. Loads of wood in the flavour along with dried fruit and has a wine like finish. Deep in flavour with tannins in the finish along with a little astringency.

Small batch cider, made from a blend of Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, Harry Master's Jersey, and Foxwhelp apples. Copper-coloured, with a pungent, tangy, earthy aroma. Initially a little fruity, but the wood and tannins give it a bitter, somewhat astringent aftertaste, though this mellowed as it lingers. A little challenging to drink, perhaps, due to the dryness and the aftertaste, but well-made, with layers of flavour.
