Amber coloured, still and moderate haziness.
Fermented in wine barrels.
Made with Dabinett (67%), Harry Masters Jersey (31%) and topped up with Gin Pear (2%).
Aroma has orange and vanilla but with a savoury kick.
Flavour is fruity and tangy with peach and cloves.
Soft mouthfeel with a nice tannic finish.
