The pour is a clear pale yellow with high carbonation (almost a silver cider). The aroma is apple and slightly phenolic. The taste is semi-dry slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a fair amount from the carbonation. The finish is slightly astringent and fruity. It’s quite enjoyable.

Delicious! Similar to Prosecco or champagne, but drier. Lovely flavour that could go with anything.

Relatively dry, and quite different from their usual ciders. Not my favorite to just sip alone, it might be better with a fancy dinner.
