This is a pure, pure cider. So smooth and classy! If I had to drink one cider for the rest of my life, this would be it. Unobtrusive, yet with a clear, classic cider taste.

As far as pure apple ciders go this is by far one of the best I’ve had. The apple flavor is full bodied and I really enjoy the way it hits the back of the throat. It invokes nostalgia of drinking apple juice as a kid, but is much more complex and nuanced. It’s easy to drink, landing for me just above a semi dry, but not quite a semi sweet. Would drink again!

Nice cider. Has a complex full bodied fruity flavor. It has a slight funkyness that I really like in my ciders.

I had reviewed this back in 2016 in my former incarnation. At that time I said it was dry, but this version that I’m having today on draft, is definitely a semi sweet. That said, it’s a light semi sweet with a lot of apple flavor. I am loving it!

This is a complex tasting cider with a lot of flavour nuances. Tart, but not sour, fruity but not sweet, quite lovely.
