Slightly cloudy dark golden pour with light carbonation. Complex aroma of apples, funk and wood. Semi-dry with a strong acidity. Nice apple and apple juice taste. Also has a great oak flavor coming through along with a hint of barnyard funk.

375ml bottles, part of their new Traditions line. French style keeved cider from heirloom apples, oak aged. Notes of unfiltered apple juice, apple pomace, honey, orange, grapefruit, and butterscotch. It definitely seemed true to the style, in between Normandy and Brittany French cidre as it was a bit funky (as Normandy cidre can tend to be), but not overly so. However, it was a bit higher acidity and more fruity though (although the grapefruit I picked up might have been more from the high acidity than anything else), which was a nice twist. It got more funky as it warmed up, so I preferred it cold.
