Very crisp, refreshing, & pleasantly acidic champagne-like cider. Effervescent mouthfeel. Light body. No significant bitterness or tartness. I usually avoid dry ciders, but due to the lack of bitterness, this cider was very drinkable for me. I think between the lack of bitterness and the flavor & body, this cider can be perceived slightly sweeter. It was even smoother when it warmed up a bit. So, I recommend somewhere between fridge & room temp. However, I noticed little discernible barrel influence. I picked up some notes of citrus, pear, & possibly vanilla. Not complex or bold, but very tasty and a great special occasion cider!
