Ginja Ninja

The pour is a clear yellow with light carbonation. The aroma is slightly sour with a note of ginger. The taste is off-dry ginger, slightly tart, and a note of apple. It is not over the top ginger. There is no ginger burn. Don’t make my ginger cider if you don’t want the burn. The finish is medium acidic and ginger but no burn. The mouthfeel is light. If I add an adjunct, I want the adjunct to dominate. I feel like they stopped midway. It’s more than a note of ginger but it’s not a fiery ginger. The more I drink, the better it gets but I like my version better.

I would have called this cider a pineapple/apple taste. Ginger was so light as to not be detected. Good, but wrong name as I was expecting a completely different flavor.

The taste of ginger overwhelms this mediocre cider. Perhaps better than a ginger beer.

This cider has a very prominent ginger flavor. It's like having a brewed ginger beverage with apple fruit. It's not like a little ginger flavor was added to a cider. These tend to be thin in body and spiritless in flavor. This cider is like partying on that Friday after the work week and the cleansing of ginger at the spa.

Lightly gingered, very nice. Even my husband the beer snob likes it :)

A nice light summer cider. It had a prominent ginger flavor, but it isn't overwhelming.
