A special release, primarily sold in CA, OR, and WA in 500ml bottles. Made with all PNW-grown ingredients - dessert apples, kiwi berries, and gooseberries, fermented with Sauvignon Blanc yeast, then oak aged.
Notes of kiwi, white grape, pineapple, mango, mineral, lemon, and oak. Low apple flavor. High sessionability. Moderate complexity. Low flavor intensity. Low oak influence.
Subtle and wine-like, which I usually don't go for, but I really enjoyed the flavor and surprising complexity for the low flavor intensity. Plus, it has the cutest label ever!
