Dark red/plum colored pour with moderate carbonation. Strong fruit and wine-like aroma. Taste is along the lines of a lambic fruit beer with blackberry flavor standing out very nicely back by some additional dark fruit flavors (plum standing most to me). Not overly sour but does have a slightly wild/farmhouse taste due to the cask and then bottle conditioning. Moderate acidity and medium bodied.
