The intense tartness is buffered by the residual sweetness and alcohol. Great appley nose and a long complex finish.

Comes in a 750 ml bottle. Rich golden colour, with a green tinge, and with an aroma of salted toffee and burnt almond. Tangy apple and toffee, becomes smoky and lightly astringent in the aftertaste, with somewhat bitter wood ash in the finish. Unusual flavours combine elegantly to make this a satisfying nightcap. It went very well with a chocolate praline.

$20 for 750ml, only available to club members. Imperial-style Northern Spy single varietal, cold concentrated, 2% residual sugar (none added). Really interesting. Frothy mouthfeel. Both acidic and rich, although a bit more bitter than I'd like. Notes of apple pomace, yeast, stone fruit, must, honey, and brown sugar. Reminds me of French cider. Hidden ABV only present in the finish. Awesome!

Clear golden pour with light carbonation. Light aroma of apple and tannin. Really nice juicy and sweet apple flavor backed by a bit of baking spices and hint of funk.
