Sparkling Semi-Dry

Update: I got another bottle and this one was much better. Truly semi-dry, with moderate to strong carbonation, more flavor (tropical fruit, honey, coconut, apricot, floral, oak, and green apple), and only a hint of sourness & funk. I can taste the ice cider addition, and it has a long warming finish. (Old review: I was surprised how different this was from their Sparkling Dry, which I enjoyed. There was almost no carbonation, significant funk, and it was still rather dry. I think this was an off bottle, as the Dry was great, and this was supposed to be the same thing with a touch of ice cider added for sweetness.)
