Comes in a 375 ml long-neck, draw-cork bottle.
Dark copper colour, with an aroma of caramelised apple and plum.
Syrupy, rich, apple flavours, tinged with raisin and demerara sugar, becoming a little tart and tannic in the aftertaste, with a sherry-like finish.
Another cracking ice cider from Eden, this one combines mainstream apples with heirloom varieties, to give depth and character. A great sipping drink, this might even stand up to milder blue cheeses, but certainly to a vintage cheddar, or patisserie tartes.
