Awesome (and delicious!) collab from Tilted Shed Ciderworks in Sonoma County and Eden Speciality Ciders in Vermont. Dry, lots of carbonation (and lots of foam upon pour), dull golden color. Unfiltered with a little sediment. Flavor is strong.

Clear golden pour with a lot of carbonation. Dry taste with some lemon and crisp apple flavors. Can also taste a touch of honey and muscat.

Special release collaboration between Eden (VT) and Tilted Shed (CA), made from Gravenstein and Esopus Spitzenburg heirloom apples. Notes of lemon, yeast, funk, wood, honey, and must. Long acidic fizzy tannic finish. I liked this much better at room temperature as it dulled the acid and tamed the fizz. However, although expertly made, overall it was a bit too dry and acidic for my preferences.
