I really liked that this listed the apples used (Golden Russett, Somerset Redstreak, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, McIntosh, Empire) on the can, along with a dryness meter (Dry). But I wouldn't have been able to guess the taste from that info only. It is dry but I think people who like sweet cider would like this too, the apple comes through blended with a florality that is adjacent to vanilla. Something about the mix of flavors makes me think about a modern elevated dessert where a baked apple has been scented with exotic ingredients and cooked with trendy techniques, but remains essentially a comforting baked apple.

Dry, hazy, full-bodied cider with notes of citrus and black tea. A depth of apple flavors comes through, including bitter sweets and sharps.

Cloudy pale golden pour. Moderate to heavy carbonation. Tart, crisp and moderately tannic taste. Bold acidity. Lots of wild apple and orchard flavor along with some black tea. Light funk. Strong wild apple nose.

Yellow colour, moderate fizz and pretty cloudy. Baked apple aroma. Flavour is fresh and fruity with dried fruit and maybe vanilla.
