First of all, the front label is sublime and poetic. The cork release backed up the fact that this is a still cider. The aroma is lightly fruity with an unknown other scent. It isn't the most appealing aroma.
The cider itself rolls over your tongue, releasing a pleasant, appley taste. Crisp, with a little bite. Slightly funky, feels almost like it was blended with a sidra.
So glad I got this from Cidrbox! I missed out on trying them at Cider Summit Chicago somehow so this was a fantastic treat!
