Comes in a 750 ml bottle. Made from Kerr' s crab apples. Golden colour, with an aroma of straw and dried marjoram. Tangy fruit flavour, with a little plum and liquorice in the aftertaste, which lingers on the palate. Somewhat unusual flavours from the crab apples make this distinctive and interesting, though the pectin content makes this quite a filling drink, and one pint probably suffices in a session.

Clear golden pour with very light carbonation. Moderate apple aroma. Taste is lightly bitter, tart, crisp, dry and tannic. Taste of crabapples and apple skin come through very nicely with just a hint of barnyard/orchard flavor.
