Light copper/ rich amber colour, with a light, floral aroma, carrying tones of oak, almond, and burnt toast. Floral, hoppy flavour, becoming bittersweet in the aftertaste, with light tannins and a touch of caramel, and mild oak in the finish. Satisfyingly complex, and beautifully balanced, with the hops and cider complementing each other; the hops chosen (UK Cascade & Czech Kazbek) work well, both together and with the bittersweet cider apples. Very moreish - the bottle was gone in no time!

Gold with no haziness. Sherbet and floral notes in aroma and taste.
