Syrupy, buttery pear flavour, with a faint fermentation sparkle. Rich, soft tannic edge to the aftertaste.
This is lovely, and is one of the best dessert perries I have tasted. Very easy to drink, and a great accompaniment to anything like a Bakewell tart, madeleines, or an apricot sponge. A beautifully-made and balanced drink; Tom Oliver at his best!
