Comes in a 750 ml bottle, with both a draw cork and a crown cap!
A cider ale, made in collaboration between Mills Brewing and Oliver's. A red, lambic wort is fermented with Dabinett apple juice over cider lees in whisky casks
Cloudy, caramel colour, with an aroma of toffee, overlying floral hops.
Fruity flavour, combining hops and apple, with honeycomb and caramel tones, and wood and smoky whisky in the aftertaste and finish.
Complex and quite drinkable, this would easily replace a beer in most settings, but watch out for the ABV.
