Amber coloured, slightly hazy and still. Earthy aroma. Dry apple flavour. Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Goes down very nicely.

Slightly hazy, amber-coloured, still cider in the Herefordshire tradition, and carries the European PGI certification of authenticity. The aroma is light, with tannic tones and a suggestion of ginger to my nose. The taste is slightly sour, with spicy and tannic character, and a woodiness in the aftertaste. A top notch presentation of its type.
