750ml bottle of batch #2 for $15. Very much worth it. Super rich, flavorful, and tannic, without too much sweetness or bitterness. I was surprised there was no sourness and only the tiniest hint of funk in the scent, for it being wild yeast fermented. Notes of bittersweet apple, caramel, leather, orange, brown sugar, must, and spice.  One of my favorites!

750ml bottle. Golden coloured with no head, aroma is apple plus some woody oak and funk. Taste is fruity apple, bittersweet with oaky, barnyard notes and drying tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Liquid Gold. Alchemy in a bottle. The perfect blend of tannins, sourness and body.

More a four and a half. Very flavorful. I wonder love to know the difference between this and #4. Dry, with a high aroma. It feels very thick and the taste sticks around for a while.
