Copper-coloured, with a heady, floral aroma.
The flavour of the hops is pungent, floral, and edged with bitterness, and is almost overwhelming, but the underlying cider mellows the flavour in the mouth.
This will be a challenging drink for many, and I'm still in two minds as to the degree to which I like it. Far more heavily-hopped than the hopped ciders I'd tasted before. Certainly different, and worth trying!
