Clear gold colour. Moderately carbonated. Faintest aroma of a toffee apple. It is sweet with a tiny bit of crispness. Clearly back sweetened. I struggle to drink a whole pint, the clawing sweetened characteristic at the back of the throat is unpleasant. I don't think this is as good as other cider producers "premium cider". Its marginally better than some really basic ciders out there. Weston's do much better cider.

A decent pint, a dry cider to rival Strongbow Original, definitely a go to down the pub, and would be worth its place as someone's basic cider pint.

This is my go to cider. As a basic cider I find it first rate. Unless something special there would go to this as my first choice basic cider. Definitely a pleasure to drink. Kept well at this pub, as are the real ales there too.

Henry Westons Stowford Press Medium Dry (4.5%, 500ml). Westons' basic shelf cider comes with water, sugar, and malic acid added to apple juice - so it's not a natural product. The colour is pale clear golden. Almost no aroma: faint apples, nothing more. Weak. Light body, medium carbonation. Again, rather bland, faint apple taste, a bit of lemon, equally faint apple skins. Very little sweetness, but very little of anything, really. This one just fails to register, it's the blandest and most boring of them all. Might work with food, but on its own: Meh! 2/10

Extremely fizzy and does not taste to my liking, i.e. no light flavour of apple. Just tastes like fizzy sweetness to me.

Refreshing but a bit bland - needs more flavour, but nothing to dislike.

Absolutely awful, not even sure it deserves one star. Bitter, gassy and artificial. No taste of anything and won't be having again.

As a normal pub pint of cider, simple to drink and reliable taste.

Clear, sweetish, not overburdened with flavour. The label now includes the fashionable, irritating tautology "Apple Cider". One for drinking outside when there is sunny sunshine.

A nice cider for a warm evening. Sparkling right to the end of the pint. I find it a little dry so I like it nice and chilled. One of the ciders displacing the Strongbow tap from the pubs,so, happy for the variety it offers.

Hey! this is quite a nice drinkable cider - edging towards a scrumpy style. I could drink quite a few of these on a nice sunny day. 4.5% ABV. 330ml bottle. Produced and bottled by:- H. Weston & Sons Limited, The Bounds, Much Marcle, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 2NQ. www.westons-cider.co.uk.

Maybe it’s because I’m in England and we don’t have standard West Country Ciders in the US. I found this cider to be to my liking. I enjoy more carbonation and dry to semi-dry with some acidity and astringency. I think I would have enjoyed this with even more astringent characters but overall, I did enjoy it with my aged cheddar roll at the Ship and Shovel. I’d be a happy camper if I could get this cider anytime I wanted down at my local bar or restaurant.

Tried this cider on draft at Whitehorse Pub in Mitchelldean, UK. Very nice English cider. They state that it is semisweet, but I Feel Like It's More On THE Sweet side. It is nicely carbonated which balancestors the sweet for me.
