Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Made from 80% Dabinett and 20% Bramley apples.
Tart fruit flavour with plenty of skin, becoming woody and bitter in the aftertaste, with strong tannins.
Pleasing flavour profile, though lacking in a defined oak tone, which I would have expected from a Ross cider. Still, robust and drinkable, and a worthy companion to a strong-flavoured cheese.
