It amazes me how the same apple variety tastes different from different producers. This is a drier redstreak apple cider, with gentle flavours followed by a drier aftertaste. Nice tannin hit half way through but no taste here is big. Pleasent cider.

Comes in a 750 ml bottle, with some sediment. Single varietal, from Redstreak apples. Pale orange in colour, with a fresh, fruity aroma. Tangy, sharp fruit flavour, with tannic bitterness in the aftertaste, and only a touch of oak. Surprising lack of oak for a Ross-on-Wye cider, and this may make it less challenging for many. Quite drinkable, though a little gadsy, and not as complex as is normal for this cidery.

Golden coloured, very cloudy with mild fizz but gassier than you’d expect. Aroma is a bit like a fruit salad but without any sweetness. Really earthy taste with some ash. Tangy and tannic.
