Well, this is a bit different. The Headless Man. You could soon be the legless man after a few of these! A lovely cider. This one is very interesting under the nose - fruity? For sure - with hints of peach, blueberries and cherries. It’s a hazy cider, light orange in colour - and still, so no fizz - but don’t let this put you off, even if you are a fizzy fan. The bottle says it’s medium dry and id agree, it is. There is a pleasant sweetness to this entirely natural cider. There’s also a funkiness to the taste, but it’s just just vague hints of earth and farm, nothing too deep or obvious - the real joy in this cider is with its 100% pure apple taste. If taste so clear, so divine, so well crafted. The length is fairly long and it lingers - there is a slight watery taste but it adds Ron the refreshment of this dry to medium cider. Another brilliant effort from the Ross-on-Wye Cider and Perry Company. I could easily have another of these - and I might - as it’s Saturday night and life is chilled. I may even get some string vintage cheddar out to enjoy this with. A real find this cider - I didn’t expect much and was knocked back with how good it is, but not outstanding. 6.0%ABV. 4/5 stars.

Cloudy amber colour. Mild funky and woody aromas. Taste start fairly sweet with light cinnamon flavours. These get overtaken by woody notes with a dry finish. Really pleasent cider.

Rich gold colour, with a mild aroma of wood and candy. Unusual flavour of vanilla bean, almond, and a hint of cinnamon, It's drinkable, and likely somewhat sessionable, if the unusual flavour profile appeals. I was left somewhat in two minds, and wondered if this didn't need light carbonation to bring out the best of it.

Golden, still and clear. Aroma of bark. A good taste of apples that starts medium with a ever so slightly dry finish. Hints of vanilla and background oak notes. Very smooth.
